"BAIT AND SWITCH. John misrepresented the monthly cost on several occasions. He continued to try and upsell me a health plan before he can explain why my monthly costs kept changing. After numerous calls and an office visit he still had no idea what my monthly costs were and kept saying the discounts will be added in a few days. I fully disclosed any and all At Fault accidents several times over the phone and John followed up to confirm an accident before I paid my 1st month. I Requested to cancel all policies set up by this office and after they confirmed through text, I continued to get billed for the health plan which I had to make another call to cancel. Original quote, first, and second month I paid was $335.94 to a third month $498.31, so I canceled and switched insurers. Communicate with underwriting before changing the price - 2 billing cycles later then tell me I owe the difference for 2 months I already paid. It’s your job as the insurance broker to provide correct expectations such as proper defensive driving documents and what my monthly costs would be instead of trying to push for the quick sale. Jeri, as for your response in my yelp review….you just regurgitated what I had written in the review and addressed nothing about your office’s poor ethics and practices."

"Poor customer service. No follow up. You have to call multiple times to get an answer (during business hours). I have been with State Farm for many years. Never a problem. I recently purchased a new vehicle. I called multiple times just to get an answer to quote insurance. I provide the requested information and received my quote. Once I received my 1st bill, the amount was not adding up. I called. No answer. I then had to send an email to get information. The response was that they didn't put in my VIN number so instead of $140 it's $169. I transfer my policy to another agency and now I'm being told that it's actually $179/mo. I would at least appreciate a call stating the discrepancy instead of figuring that I would be okay with an additional $39/mo. When I mentioned this, the response was dry and unconcerned. I DO NOT recommend this particular State Farm.b"
